Issue

  • A specific iSCSI volume mapped to Windows becomes read-only unexpectedly.
  • Windows logs the following error in the System log:
Event ID 140, Ntfs (Microsoft-Windows-Ntfs)
The system failed to flush data to the transaction log. Corruption may occur in VolumeId...
  • Other iSCSI volumes mapped to the same initiators are unaffected.
