Disk IO Errors seen with specific FC Port on S

Issue

While FC port is online, the virtual servers see Disk IO errors and SQL application is experiencing IO retries.

Disabling the FC port on storage resolves the Disk IO errors.

Reviewing FC port stats show there are Invalid Transmission Words (ITW) seen on the FC port:

    invalid_transmission_word                                 9400116
