After ONTAP Cluster expansion LUN does not have correct mapping

Issue

After cluster expansion and new iSCSI LIF created on new nodes, existing LUN before expnasion are only accesable via old nodes, newley created LUN can be accessed via all nodes. Should LUN be accesable via all nodes.
