ASA r2 A90 cluster causes Veritas daemon crash when Lun is mapped on Solaris host

Issue

  • Newly-installed 4-nodes ASA r2 A90 cluster causes imVeritas daemon crash at the moment a Lun is mapped /scanned on Solaris host.
  • A reboot doesn't fix the issue.
  • Unmapping of ASA Lun from host allows to get back to normal situation, after clean/rescan on host.
  • The Inoperability Matrix indicates that the configuration is compatible.
  • When Veritas scans new luns:
