Issue

Enabling http on S3 over cli fails with error as s3 server administrative status not down.
 
cluster1::> object-store-server modify -vserver test -object-store-server tests3 -is-http-enabled true
  (vserver object-store-server modify)
 
Error: command failed: Set the status-admin of the server to "down" before
       modifying following fields: is-http-enabled.
