Issue

  • When the on-access-policy for an external virus-scanning server (VSCAN server) has too high a value for max-file-size, the scanner is unable to complete requests within the configured timeout
  • This can lead to scan failures, and potentially access issues for large files which could be exempted from scanning with a lower max-file-size setting.
