This is expected behavior for BlueXP Copy and Sync. The Data Broker interface does not support browsing or displaying file-level contents of S3 buckets prior to initiating a copy or sync job.

Additional Information

  • Only directories/sub-directories are listed for path selection.
  • File-level preview/listing is not available in the Data Broker UI.
  • The Data Broker is designed solely to execute data transfer jobs, not to provide file browsing capabilities.
