Issue

Tue Jun 29 21:29:20 EDT [NODE-01: nblade2: Nblade.vscanNoScannerConn:EMERGENCY]: Vserver "VSERVER1" has no virus scanner connection.
  • Multiple nodes and their SVMs are unable to connect to vscan servers (appended example below)

  • The Antivirus Connector can ping the SVM management LIF, however connection fails with 'unable to connect to remote server' on attempting to connect to ONTAP using HTTPS.

  • Vscan configuration is checked and found to be correct, with privileged user set and able to authenticate
  • Nothing is blocking traffic on the network
