Issue

  • VSCAN is disconnected with no reason on one vserver:
::> vscan connection-status show
  (vserver vscan connection-status show)

  • Ping is successful between the vscan servers and the vserver data LIF
  • AV logs shows:
[Pipe: svm1.domain.com] CreateNamedPipe failed with 53
  • A network trace shows a kerberos authentication problem and the TCP connection is reset by the Vscan server:
