Issue

  • User were unable to access CIFS shares
  • Re-established connection to CIFS shares by disabling Vscan
  • EMS logs:

Wed Feb 08 20:32:17 +0530 [NETAPP-01: nblade2: Nblade.vscanNoScannerConn:EMERGENCY]: Vserver "Data_SVM01" has no virus scanner connection.

  • AV connector logs:

Rest API call to 10.69.10.xx using account "sadmin" failed. The Request was aborted: could not create SSL\TLS secure channel.
