Unix client unable to access data after mount due to stale File Handle and NFS3ERR_IO error

Issue

After a UNIX client could successfully mount a Qtree, it cannot cd or ls in the directory, either immediately or after a few minutes. 
The client displays a stale file handle error when the server returned an NFS3ERR_IO error.
