Unable to write or remove file from application with error 504 Gateway Timed out

Issue

  • Unable to write or remove the file and NFS is getting hung on the NFS mount path.
  • Openshift-Image-registry application is hoted on RHEL VM.
  • Unable to push or pull data on the application with below error : 

Error: writing blob: initiating layer upload to /v2/xxx/xx/xx/xx/ in default-route-openshift-image-registry.apps.xxx.xxx: received unexpected HTTP status: 504 Gateway Time-out

  • Mount and access to NFS exports works fine.
  • Packet traces shows no issue on storage, all calls are responded successfully.
