ONTAP AV Connector 1.0.5 throw 403 forbidden error when testing mgmt lif connection

Issue

  • Error (403) Forbidden reported by AV Connector when testing communication to a Management LIF.
REST API call to 10.1.1.100 using account "DOMAIN\vscan" failed.  The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
 
Note:
  • The Vscan server(s) successfully still register to the SVMs discovered from the Management LIF where the test fails from the GUI and performs scanning successfully. 
  • The ONTAP AV Connector GUI and the service that performs scanning are separate components, and this appears to be isolated to the GUI.
