Issue

Vscan servers disconnect from the SVMs and Nblade.vscanNoRegdScanner:error after restarting the SPE scan-engine
 
Example
[node1: kernel: Nblade.vscanNoRegdScanner:error]: For Vserver "svm1", AV Connector running on the AV server "10.12.13.14" does not have a registered scan-engine to it.
