Issue

  • Mounting with NFS v4.2 security labels hangs with error RPC: Timed out
  • Issue is seen only on MCC cluster
  • Problem occurred after updating to ONTAP 9.15 
  • Migrating/reverting the LIF solves the issue for some days then issue re-occurs
  • Rebooting the client do not fix the issue
