Multiple NFS clients are reporting NFS server xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx not responding message

Issue

All ports that are currently serving data LIF went down simultaneously

Example:
12/4/2024 12:06:04  node1 ALERT         vifmgr.lifdown.noports: LIF N2_NAS (on virtual server 3), IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.2, currently cannot be hosted on node node1, port a0a, or any of its failover targets, and is being marked as down.
