LS command on NFSv4.1 mount hanging on folder after adding LDAP to nsswitch

Issue

  • Long listing on the share hangs, cannot display the contents of a folder in a share
  • On the same mount path the other folder is accessible and can display information
  • Packet Trace shows NFS Error delays
  • EMS logs show secd.unixLookupFailure errors for multiple clients including the affected client:

<node_name> ERROR         secd.unixLookupFailure: UNIX lookup failure on Vserver (vserver_name) for client with IP address (10.1.1.99). Error: Acquire UNIX credentials procedure failed
