  • Windows File Explorer navigates to \\dns_name or \\ip_address, hangs for a long time, then displays a pop-up that says
    • Network Error
      Windows cannot access \\svm
      You do no have permission to access \\svm. Contact your network administrator to request access
  • EMS logs KRB5KRB_AP_ERR_TKT_EXPIRED
