Issue

  • NAS protocol latency is increased after upgrading to ONTAP 9.8 with FPolicy enabled and low number IOPS are presented to the system (sporadic workload)
  • Due to high latency, users may be unable to access files and are not able to perform any write and read operations, or at reduced capacity to do so
