Issue

Running ln /mnt/nas/Standard-Folder/File /mnt/nas/qtree-Folder/File  to create a hardlink with qtree, returns error when done from:

  • a standard folder to a qtree folder
  • a qtree folder to a qtree folder

ln: failed to create hard link '/mnt/nas/Standard-Folder/File' => '/mnt/nas/qtree-Folder/File': Invalid cross-device link
