Issue

During an ONTAP upgrade both controllers starting to panic
  • node-01
thread (NwkThd_03) on cpu 10 hung for 4001 milliseconds in process NwkThd_03 on release 9.8P17 (C)
  • node-02
thread (NwkThd_02) on cpu 13 hung for 300001 milliseconds in process NwkThd_02 on release 9.8P17 (C) process on cpu10 hung (nblade2) for 5001 milliseconds! in SK process nblade2 on release 9.8P17 (C)
