Issue

Creating CIFS Vserver fails with the message Error: Machine account creation procedure failed due to unreachable DNS. 

Example:

Error: Machine account creation procedure failed
Trying to create machine account "svm" in "domain" for vserver "svm"
Hostname found in Name Service cache
Found 4 domain controllers through DNS
Successfully connected to ip xx.xx.xx.xx, port 389 using TCP
Failed to connect to xx.xx.xx.xx for DNS via Source Address xx.xx.xx.xx: Operation timed out
Unable to contact DNS to discover domain controllers
