Issue

  • Select CIFS users from the AD domain are unable to access the CIFS share when using the LIF IP address.
  • When using short name or FQDN the share is accessible. 
  • When enabled, Event Viewer shows event ID 100.
  • A packet trace may contain return value 0xC000006D (STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE
