Can the full path of a file be specified in -exclude-path to exclude only that file from vscan?

Yes, it can.

Note:

  • Vscan is generally designed to exclude directories rather than individual files. 
  • To exclude a specific file, consider placing that file in a dedicated directory and excluding that directory.
