Issue

In a specific Excel file, it shows as locked by someone else rather than the person who is actually using it.
  • In the specific Excel file, old ~$filename.xlsx files remain without being deleted (some are from a week ago, some from a month ago, etc.).
  • When testing three of the old ~$filename.xlsx files, the same issue is confirmed (e.g., it shows as locked by person A, even though person A is not actually using it and someone else is).
  • When the old ~$filename.xlsx files are deleted, it correctly shows the name of the person who is actually using it as the one locking the file (this is the expected behavior).
  • After a network disconnection, in a Windows Server shared environment, the remaining ~$filename.xlsx files disappear when someone else opens filename.xlsx, and it can be used normally.
  • After a network disconnection, in a NAS shared environment, the remaining ~$filename.xlsx files cannot be deleted, but after waiting 15-20 minutes, the ~$filename.xlsx files disappear and the file can be used normally.
