A specific Excel file shows as locked by someone else rather than the person who is actually using it

Issue
In a specific Excel file, it shows as locked by someone else rather than the person who is actually using it.
- In the specific Excel file, old
~$filename.xlsxfiles remain without being deleted (some are from a week ago, some from a month ago, etc.). - When testing three of the old
~$filename.xlsxfiles, the same issue is confirmed (e.g., it shows as locked by person A, even though person A is not actually using it and someone else is). - When the old
~$filename.xlsxfiles are deleted, it correctly shows the name of the person who is actually using it as the one locking the file (this is the expected behavior). - After a network disconnection, in a Windows Server shared environment, the remaining
~$filename.xlsxfiles disappear when someone else opensfilename.xlsx, and it can be used normally. - After a network disconnection, in a NAS shared environment, the remaining
~$filename.xlsxfiles cannot be deleted, but after waiting 15-20 minutes, the~$filename.xlsxfiles disappear and the file can be used normally.
