MGWD stuck in offline temporary then recovered during ONTAP upgrade

Issue

  1. During ONTAP upgrade, node's cluster application Management remains offline temporarily:

    ::*> system node upgrade-revert show

    Node: Node-01                                  Status: aborted

    Status Message: The upgrade aborted. Contact support personnel for the upgrade repair procedure.

    ...
    2200 pre-root   applied  No upgrade is required for this phase.
    2200 pre-apps   applied  Upgrade successful.
    2200 post-apps  aborted  Provisioning of consistency group failed on "create" during upgrade. Reason: Node "Node-01" on ring "Management" is offline. Check the health of the cluster using the "cluster show" command. For further assistance, contact technical support.

  2. After a while, it recover to online automatically by check ::*>cluster ring show
