Error During ONTAP Image Update Validation: "CKEK was not found"

Issue

  • During an ONTAP image update, the following validation error appears:

Validation couldn't be completed due to errors. Fix the errors, and validate again.
Message: "The CKEK was not found on the following nodes: <node_1>, <node_2>"

  • Attempting to run "security key-manager onboard sync" and entering the passphrase may show: 

Error: "command failed: Cluster-wide passphrase is incorrect"
