BDFU get stuck when the aggregate to which the disks belong is not on the home node

BDFU offline/on the disk but the firmware is not get update:

AGGR-INFO.XML shows all of these disks are not located in its home node because the data aggregate was left in partner node during previous giveback.

Manually update the disk firmware by specify the node, then ems raise the following event even if disks are not get update:
