Performance issue with data processing in NFS

Issue

  • Data processing of files where the job does both reads and writes to NetApp volume is slow
  • This is observed when files from NetApp NFS share to NetApp CIFS share which is constantly present
  • Non issue time the files get processed within 2 seconds and during the issue time they take more than 2 seconds
