Network latency for FC SAN due to noisy neighbour

Issue

  • The application reports an IO wait/timeout.
  • The QOS stats show the latency from the network layer.
  • Issue start and end times is inline with the increase in userworkload on one or few LUN/ Volume.
  • The latency is seen even on volume with no deviation in workload.
