Issue

  • SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere is unable to perform backup task. Get error:
    • An error occurred during host configuration: . Operation failed, diagnostics report: Mount failed: Unable to complete Sysinfo operation. Please see the VMkernel log file for more details.: The NFS server denied the mount request
  • Packet trace shows that ONTAP receives MNT call and replies with ERR_NOENT
  • LS Mirror is enabled on the SVM 
    • nas-cm913::*> snapmirror show -type LS -fields source-path,schedule
