  • Generally speaking, autosupport is sent from root volume which can not be tampered with.
  • However, the cyberattack might occur after being sent out from ONTAP. So it is important to ensure that you are using a trusted and secure network environment and to keep your antivirus software up to date to minimize the risk of malware.
