Answer

  • The ASUP data is sent to NetApp using either the PUT or POST method when using HTTPS.
  • The specific URLs for sending ASUP data via HTTPS are as follows:
Support URL for HTTPS POST: https://support.netapp.com/asupprod/post/1.0/postAsup
Support URL for HTTPS PUT: https://support.netapp.com/put/AsupPut
 
             Note:
  • If the server does not support PUT, the HTTPS POST method is used instead.
  • The command ::> system node autosupport show -instance can verify that
