Issue

  1. Volume capacity is not full.
  2. Source and destination aggregate avail size also exceeds volume total size.

Example:

Filesystem               total       used      avail capacity  Mounted on                 Vserver
/vol/volume_move/        600GB      403GB      196GB      67%  ---                        tpemisfs32
/vol/volume_move/.snapshot      0B     0B         0B       0%  ---                        tpemisfs32

aggr_ssd_dst      8226GB      664GB     7562GB       8%
aggr_ssd_dst/.snapshot 0B        0B         0B       0%

aggr_data_src       35TB       29TB     6224GB      83%
aggr_data_src/.snapshot 0B       0B         0B       0%

  1. Volume move still fails with error "Not enough space in the volume or aggregate" in EMS log

Example:

5/17/2021 12:57:29  Netapp-2        ERROR         mgmt.vopl.move.nospace: The 'volume move' operation with ID '14748' for volume 'volume_move' present on Vserver 'vserver' cannot proceed (Reason: Not enough space in the volume or aggregate).
