Issue

Error to move volumes to a FabricPool enabled aggregate:

Replication encountered an unknown error. Volume access error. (No space available in capacity tier staging area.)

The transfer specified already exists. Duplicate transfer specified. (Replication engine error.)

wafl.mirror.access.denied errors are seen in the event.log:
