Volume move fails with Volume access error (No space available in capacity tier staging area)

Issue

  • Error to move volumes to a FabricPool enabled aggregate:
Replication encountered an unknown error. Volume access error. (No space available in capacity tier staging area.)
The transfer specified already exists. Duplicate transfer specified. (Replication engine error.)
 
  • wafl.mirror.access.denied errors are seen in the event.log:
