Issue

Volume move operations from one aggregate to another are failing with the following message: 
Job "Volume Move"(Move "vol03" in Vserver "svm01" to aggregate "aggr02") completed unsuccessfully: Creating volume: Internal error. Failed to allocate encryption resources.
