Issue

ONTAP upgrade validation checks fail with error:
 
Error: Multi-Admin Approval Groups "<MAV groups here>" will normalize below the required number of approvers needed within these approval groups.

Example:

Pre-update Check     Status            Error-Action
-------------------- ----------------- --------------------------------------
Multi-Admin-         Error             Error: Multi-Admin Approval Groups
Verification                           'group1 group2'
Upgrade Validation                     will normalize below the required
Check                                  number of approvers needed within
                                       these approval groups.
                                       Action: Add approvers to the affected
                                       approval groups or decrease the
                                       required approvers count.
