Issue

  • Attempts to download a new ONTAP image file using System Manager or ONTAP CLI fail with error:
Software get   http://.../97P4_q_image.tgz started on node clus-node01
Downloading package. This may take up to 20 minutes.
64% downloaded
Install Failed.
Failed to download package from   http://.../97P4_q_image.tgz. Error: Timeout was
reached : Operation too slow. Less than 1024 bytes/sec transferred the last 1200
seconds
