Unable to create volume in SVM due to "aggregate not found" error

Issue

When an SVM User attempts to create a volume within their SVM, they encounter an error message indicating that the aggregate they are trying to use does not exist, even though the aggregate is confirmed to be present.

Example:

::>volume create -volume volume23 -aggregate aggregate1 -size 750G
Error: Aggregate aggregate1 not found. Reason: entry doesn't exist.
