FabricPool tiering stops after volume move

Issue

  • The FabricPool tiering on the volume  has not promoted any data blocks to the capacity tier. 
  • Daily tiering scans complete successfully but report zero bytes tiered. The tiering policy is set to auto.
  • Issue has been observed since the volumes were moved within the cluster.
