The " storage firmware download" command fails when using HTTPS protocol

Issue

Firmware files cannot be downloaded using HTTPS protocol. Command storage firmware download -node * -package-url
https://<HTTPS_server>/path/fw.zip fails with error message:
 
Failed to download package path\fw.zip. Reason: HTTP response code said error: The requested URL returned error: 401.
 
The command works fine with  HTTP protocol.
