Issue

Cannot enable GCKMS due to error:
 
cluster::> security key-manager external gcp enable -project-id xxx -key-ring-name testeurope -key-ring-location global -key-name testeurope -vserver svm1
Error: command failed: The Google Cloud Key Management Service (GCKMS) cannot be enabled because all nodes in the cluster are not running a version
that supports the GCKMS feature.
 
Error persists despite all nodes being on the required version.
