System Manager not accessible due to VMEM limit exceeded error

Issue

  • HTTP service does not work on the cluster and the System Manager is not accessible.
  • The below events are seen in the event logs:
[Node-01:  httpd: kern.vm.mmap.return:notice]: mmap(2) by  httpd (pid 50065) for size 81920 failed: VMEM limit exceeded, limit 1073741824, error 12.
  • The APACHE-ERROR.GZ section in the ASUP reports the following:

[dot:error] [pid 50065:tid 34395313152] Failed to create an RPC client (attempt #1): RPC: Port mapper failure - RPC: Unable to send httpd: xdrrec_create: out of memory
