Issue

In FAS/AFF systems, storage failover show displays different output in HA nodes when remove single disk shelf.
- When remove cable from SAS port 0a,5b in node-01, it shows:
  ::> storage failover show Takeover Node Partner Possible State Description -------------- -------------- -------- ------------------------------------- Node-01 Node-02 - Kernel loaded Node-02 Node-01 false In takeover
- When remove cable from SAS port 0c,5d in node-02, it shows:
  ::> storage failover show Takeover Node Partner Possible State Description -------------- -------------- -------- ------------------------------------- Node-01 Node-02 false Normal giveback not possible: partner missing file system disks Node-02 Node-01 - Waiting for giveback
