Issue

  • The customer observed that scheduled snapshots for the volume are deleted, even though retention is expected.
  • EMS Log repeats entries like:

[Node-01:snap_helper:wafl.volume.snap.autoDelete:info]: Deleting Snapshot copy '12-hourly.2025-09-21_1800' in volume 'cii_encrypt/...' to recover storage.
