Issue

Attempts to encrypt the root volume fail with the following error:

Fri Jun 09 02:52:21 +0000 [node-02: svc_queue_thread: enc.operation.failure:error]: Failure in Conversion to encryption operation on volume 'vol0' (aggr 'aggr0_node1'). Reason 'svm key manager error.'.

Mon Jun 05 2023 18:16:13 +00:00 [kern_mgwd:info:4015] 0x81fc0ae00: 8003e8000000943b: ERR: VGE:: start_imp:src/tables/wafl_encryption/volume_encryption.cc:3581 '_execute(OP_CONVERSION_START)' gave error: Internal Error. Failed to save encryption metadata. Verify that all nodes are healthy and try the operation again.
