Issue

  • After ONTAP upgrade from 9.5 to 9.7, QoS statistics CLI commands fail:
cluster::> qos statistics volume latency show

Error: command failed: Unable to send request for getting statistics. Reason: Internal sampler thread is not running. Contact support personnel for assistance.
