Issue

  • Volume level performance statistics shows no data in system manager and Active IQ Unified Manager.

    Performance statistics graphs

    Performance statistics graphs are missing from the System manager and ActiveIQ
  • Aggregate, node and cluster level performance statistics graph is visible.
  • The below error is seen when we run the command "qos statistics volume latency show".

    cluster::> qos statistics volume latency show

    Error: command failed: Unable to send request for getting statistics. Reason: Internal sampler thread is not running. Contact support personnel for assistance.
