Issue

  • Performance autosupports are never sent to Netapp
  • EMS shows the following event:

asup.post.drop: AutoSupport message (HA Group Notification from NQZNAS02-04 (PERFORMANCE DATA) NOTICE) was not posted to NetApp. The system will drop the message.

  • Notifyd log shows the following error:

Mon Aug 25 2025 01:05:48 +01:00[kern_notifyd:info:2683] (category: 2683:4915:deliver) (emittime: 8/25/202501:05:47)(message:HTTP/1.1 500 INKApi Error)

  • Proxy log shows HTTP error 502:
