Password change hangs the CLI for over 45 seconds for vserver user

Issue

Password change takes too long causing CyberArk password manager to timeout.
 
 
This can be confirmed by looking at the MLOG entries around the time of password change.
 
Example:
NOTE: Notice how the "success" message comes approximately 1 minute later
